GPRS WEATHER STATION: features and specifications

The monitoring system SAVE GRAPE integrates the weather station functions with a vineyard management software.

The result: control of the climate and the vineyard conditions, and data processing on the basis of predictive models.
The purpose: to support the making decision of the vine grower in order to semplify the work in the vineyard and predict diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew and botrytis.

GPRS WEATHER STATION


The solar powered wireless multisensor unit (based on Davis Weather Station) includes:

    • rain collector for rainfalls,
    • thermo-hygrometer for temperature, air humidity and dew point,
    • leaf bathing sensor,
    • anemometer for the wind speed and direction,
  • solar panel.
